📣Our last workshop for the year!

We are excited to invite you to our sanctuary healing retreats. 100% of proceeds support our local Kumara hall. Our focus is restoring the beautiful original velvet stage curtains, we are preserving a piece of history that will grace this stage and be enjoyed by future generations. Relax, rejuvenate, as we give back to a space we all love.
They have been held every last Sunday of each month since March. Nas will curate a unique and varied soulful afternoon of workshops. You can enjoy a selection of arts & crafts, journalling, poetry, sound healing. We will be creating a vision board for your future ✨

📍Location: Kumara Memorial Hall
Doors 2pm.
Welcome in, choose a spot to settle and get comfortable. Optional to pick a enchanted forest Tarot or starseed Oracle card as a message from the universe. Indulge in an organic Sacred South American cacao + Egyptian blue lotus tea whilst you settle into your zen space

The asanas/yoga poses we are doing this time are only a few very easy ones to help ground us and get ready to lie down and relax for sound healing towards the end of our session.
The poses will be: beginner versions of:

Mountain Pose, Tree pose, child pose, recline twist and Savasana during sound healing
