Nas is excited to invite you to our healing retreats. 100% of proceeds support our local Kumara Hall – first up, we’re restoring the original velvet stage curtains so future generations can enjoy for another 100+ years. Relax, rejuvenate, and give back to a space we all love.
Every last Sunday of each month, Nas will curates a unique and varied soulful afternoon of workshops of arts & crafts, Journalling, gentle movement, poetry, sound healing, meditation + beginner-friendly yin yoga. Think slow, floor-based poses like Savasana woven into meditation. No experience needed – just come as you are. Please inform Nas in advance if you have any injuries so we can support you.
