Shipping Policy
Orders delivery is by courier to anywhere in New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands). Once your order is in the hands of the couriers, usually you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 business days this can be up to 7 business days depending on your location and courier service times.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the original order number / or proof of purchase.
To start the 'damages' or 'issues' process, you can contact us at info@houseofjasmine.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your 'damages' or 'issues' claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please Contact Us right away, quoting your order number. We'll let you know whether you need to return the item or send a photograph. If you do need to make a return simply send your order, in the original packaging if possible, along with the order number to the address supplied. When we receive the returned item or photograph we will then organise the replacement. House of Jasmine will not be responsible for any return postage costs unless the product is faulty AND we have requested for it to be returned.
