Directions:
Apply over the face and neck morning and night. Tip: For optimum hygiene, scoop out of pot using a clean Aleph Mixing Tool. Avoid contact with the eyes. Patch test before use. Does it have SPF?
The One Reset and Restore Moisture Cream does not contain an SPF. We recommend using sunscreen on top of this product.
Can I use both moisturiser and Serum/Primer?
Yes, apply The One Reset and Restore Moisture Cream, allow a few minutes to absorb, and then apply Serum/Primer and Concealer/Foundation.

Can you mix it with Serum/Primer or concealer/foundation?
The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream has been designed to layer underneath your Serum/Primer and Concealer/Foundation, there’s no benefit to mixing them, whereas there Is a benefit to mixing Serum/Primer and Concealer/Foundation.
All Aleph products are designed to work well together. Use The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream as part of your make-up prep routine by massaging into the face before applying Serum/Primer which will lock in the moisture and prevent TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss)Concealer/Foundation.

Does it work for any skin type?
Yes, The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream is suitable for all skin types, those with oily skin may want to use sparingly.

How do I know if I need to use the One /Serum/Primer?
The One may be used in conjunction with Aleph Serum/Primer. They work synergistically together using different mechanisms. The One Reset and Restore Moisture Cream will help with skin Hydration and plumpness whereas Serum/Primer will add extra protection to the skin to prevent TEWL- Transepidermal water loss while prepping the skin to hold Concealer/Foundation.
If you find this too much for the skin at times or you find makeup is “sliding”, try using Serum/Primer or The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream, and see which gives better results for your skin. You might find some days your skin is thirstier than others requiring more hydration and other days not so much. These products can be layered or used separately depending on the skin's needs.
Is it Comegodenic/ recommended for sensitive skin?
The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream is fragrance-free and formulated with natural ingredients and without potentially harmful chemicals.
We do not test our products for comedogenicity as the comedogenicity scale which rates ingredients from non-comedogenic to very comedogenic is derived from animal testing (using rabbit’s ears in particular). This is something we are strongly against. Tests done on human subjects are also not an accurate representation of how the product will work as each individual will have a different response to a product and this is usually applied on the back and not the face. If there are concerns about clogged pores or a potential reaction, we recommend trying a sample by visiting our retailers nationwide.

The One is also rich enough for night repair containing a stack of bio actives with reparative properties.

What is the shelf life?
We recommend using The ONE Reset and Restore Moisture Cream within 6 months of opening. For optimum hygiene, scoop out of the pot using a clean Aleph Mixing Tool.
Is it 100% natural?
The preservative system is the only synthetically produced ingredients which is at around 1%. Benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid are both synthetically made but are nature identical which means it mimics the exact same structure as what occurs in nature. Approved as natural by the majority of natural certifying bodies, this system is a more sustainable option than if it were to be obtained from its natural source.
